Window cleaning in Brighton & Hove
Pure-water pole cleaning that reaches upper floors safely from the ground, with frames and sills included rather than sold as an extra.

Why choose us
Pure water, no detergent
Filtered, deionised water dries without spotting because there are no minerals left to leave a mark. No smears, no soap residue attracting dirt back.
Reaches upper floors from the ground
Water-fed poles reach fourth-floor windows safely, without ladders leaning on your gutters or scaffolding in your front garden.
Frames, sills and doors included
UPVC frames, sills and door glass are cleaned as part of the job. Most of the visible grime on a Brighton window is actually on the frame.
Reliable rounds
Four or eight-weekly rounds with a message before we come. We are the ones who actually turn up in the week we said.

How it works
From enquiry to finished job
- 01
Quote
Tell us the property type, number of floors and rough window count, or send a photo of the front and back. Most quotes take a few minutes.
- 02
Choose your frequency
Four-weekly suits seafront and main-road properties, where salt and traffic film build fast. Eight-weekly is fine for sheltered streets.
- 03
On the day
We do not need access to the house for exterior work, so you do not have to be in. Gate access to the rear is the only thing we need arranged.
- 04
Payment
Pay after each clean by bank transfer or card. No subscriptions taken before the work is done.
How this is priced
Priced per visit on property size and frequency. Regular four or eight-weekly rounds cost meaningfully less per clean than one-off visits, because the glass never gets badly soiled in the first place.
FAQs
Window Cleaning questions
Straight answers, including the ones that are not in our favour.
Why are the windows still wet when you leave?
That is normal with a pure-water system, and it is the point. Deionised water has no minerals in it, so it dries without leaving spots or streaks. Do not wipe it — let it dry.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Usually yes. Rainwater is not what makes glass dirty — the airborne grime it carries and deposits is, and clean glass sheds rain without marking. We only stop for high winds, which make pole work unsafe.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior cleaning, as long as we can reach the back. If your rear access is through a locked gate, let us know the arrangement when you book.
How often should Brighton windows be cleaned?
Four-weekly near the seafront or on a main road, where salt spray and traffic film build up quickly. Eight-weekly is generally enough on quieter, more sheltered residential streets.
