How this is priced
Regular domestic cleaning is priced per visit based on the size of your home and what you want covered, not by the hour. You will have the figure before you commit to anything.

Domestic Cleaning questions
Straight answers, including the ones that are not in our favour.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most regular customers give us a key or a keysafe code once they have met their cleaner. Keys are logged, never labelled with an address, and returned whenever you ask.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes — cleaners arrive with everything needed, including a vacuum. If you would prefer we used your own products or vacuum, for allergy or surface reasons, just say so when you book.
What if I am not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return and put it right at no cost. It is easier for everyone than losing a regular customer over a missed bathroom.
Can I skip a week when I am away?
Yes. Give us 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. We hold your regular slot for you.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card after each visit, or monthly by standing order for regular customers. Whatever is less hassle for you.
