Cleaners at Brighton Marina

The Marina is almost entirely modern apartment blocks, many with concierge access, lifts and underfloor heating, alongside commercial and leisure units. A significant proportion of the flats are let short-term or used as second homes, so changeover cleaning is a large part of the work here.

• Concierge and fob access

  Most Marina blocks need a fob and a signed-in visit. We arrange access with your building management once rather than calling you every time we come.

• Short-let changeovers

  Same-day turnarounds between check-out and check-in, including linen and restocking consumables. We hold regular changeover slots for Marina hosts through the summer.

• Glass, balconies and salt

  Floor-to-ceiling glazing and balcony doors facing open water pick up salt film constantly. Interior and exterior glass both need a shorter cycle here than anywhere inland.
