How this is priced
Priced per property on bedrooms, bathrooms and condition — not by the hour, so a slow job does not cost you more. Carpet steam cleaning and exterior windows are quoted separately if you need them.

Do you guarantee I get my full deposit back?
No honest cleaner can promise that, because deposits are also deducted for damage, missing items, unpaid rent and garden condition — none of which cleaning affects. What we do guarantee is the cleaning: if your agent raises a cleaning issue within 72 hours, we return and fix it free.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally yes. We cannot clean inside cupboards, behind appliances or under furniture that is still full. If some items must stay, tell us in advance and we will note what we could not reach so it is documented.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly as standard. Professional hot-water extraction is a separate service — worth adding if your tenancy agreement specifically requires professionally cleaned carpets, as many Brighton agreements do.
How long does it take?
A one-bedroom flat is usually half a day. A three or four-bedroom house is typically a full day with a team. Heavily soiled ovens and limescale-heavy bathrooms are what push the time up.
Can you clean at short notice?
Often yes, including weekends. Move-out season in Brighton peaks around the student calendar from June to September, so book further ahead if your date falls in that window.
