We have been cleaning homes and workplaces across Brighton and Hove since 2010. Not a franchise, not a national booking platform taking a cut — a local team with local customers, most of whom found us through someone else we clean for.
Why we exist
Cleaning is a reliability business
Almost nobody changes cleaner because the cleaning was bad. They change because someone stopped turning up, or a different person arrived every fortnight, or a quote turned out to be an estimate.
So that is what we built the company around. Regular customers get one named cleaner on a fixed slot. Prices are agreed per job before any work starts. If we have to move a visit, you hear it from us in advance rather than finding out on the day.
It is not a complicated proposition. It is just surprisingly rare, and it is the reason most of our work comes from people recommending us to a neighbour.

We turn up
A fixed slot means a fixed slot. If something changes you hear it from us first, not by looking out of the window at an empty driveway.
We quote the job, not the hour
Hourly billing rewards slow work. Pricing per job means the incentive points the right way and you know the cost before we start.
We employ carefully
Every cleaner is reference-checked and right-to-work verified before their first shift, trained on our standards, and covered by our public liability insurance.
We use gentler products
Low-toxicity products as standard, safe around children and pets. Harsher chemicals only where a job genuinely needs them, and only with your say-so.
Our team
Who actually comes to your door
Our cleaners are employed and trained by us. Before a first shift, every one of them is reference-checked, right-to-work verified and taken through our checklists for the services they will work on. Where a setting requires it — clinics, schools — they are DBS checked as well.
For regular domestic work you get one named cleaner. For deep cleans, end of tenancy and commercial contracts we send a team, because those jobs are better finished in a day than stretched across three visits.
If a cleaner is ever off sick we will tell you and offer either a replacement or a rescheduled slot. We will not simply send a stranger to your house without saying so.
