How this is priced
Commercial cleaning is quoted per month against a written specification following a site visit. Periodic work — carpet extraction, hard floor treatment, high-level dusting, window cleaning — is scheduled and priced separately so your monthly cost stays predictable.

Can you clean outside working hours?
Yes, and most offices prefer it. Early morning before eight, or evenings after six, are the common patterns. We hold keys and alarm codes securely and log every entry.
Are your cleaners DBS checked?
Cleaners working in clinics, schools or any setting that requires it are DBS checked. All staff are reference-checked and right-to-work verified regardless of site.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes — soap, paper, bin liners and washroom supplies can be included in the monthly price and restocked automatically, or you can supply your own and we simply manage stock levels.
What size of premises do you cover?
From single-room studios up to multi-floor offices. Below roughly 500 sq ft, a scheduled visit a few times a week is usually more sensible than a daily contract, and we will tell you if that is the case.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel?
One month on a rolling agreement. No multi-year lock-in and no auto-renewing minimum term.
