What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a standard: surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen fronts. A deep clean resets it — inside appliances and cupboards, behind furniture, grout, limescale, radiators, extractors and skirting. Deep cleans take several times longer.
How long does a deep clean take?
A one-bed flat is typically four to six hours; a family house is usually a full day with a team. Kitchens and bathrooms account for most of the time.
Do I need one if I already have a regular cleaner?
Most homes benefit from one or two a year, usually spring and before winter, even with good regular cleaning. Regular visits simply do not have the hours to get inside cupboards and behind appliances.
Can you deep clean after building work?
Yes, but tell us it is post-construction when you enquire. Fine plaster and brick dust settles everywhere, needs multiple passes and specific filtration, and is priced differently to a standard deep clean.
